We started UpStage Home Staging business in 2018 as a complementary business to our property renovation and rental interests, after being asked by others in the industry to help stage their properties.

After successfully renovating houses for both sale and as holds, we have learnt the value of a staged house versus one that is left empty. The stats proved that a staged house sold quicker, for more.

The team draw on a wide range of interests but always with property at the centre, including property renovation, relocation and rentals management. Home staging is a natural fit. It allows us to pro actively see a house through from purchase to its selling point.

Knowing we would be doing this many times over we wanted to be able to stage our houses using quality items that look great but come within a defined budget. I have built up our stock using neutral modern items to show off any house. It is important the staging looks great but does not take the attention from the house; staging is there to act as a supporting act to the house, it is not the starring role!
